How to bind E5 administrator account with Microsoft Authenticator

I can not bind E5 administrator account with Microsoft Authenticator. I do everything following the guidance document.After I scanned QR code by Microsoft Authenticator app on my android phone, the app prompt 'Unable to add account'. When I add account by typing username and password on the app, the app prompt 'We encountered an error', my E5 administrator account is ******@lmylmy.onmicrosoft.com. Now I can not login.
