With courtesy and respect At the beginning of the year, I submitted a request to transfer my certificates to a new profile, and I went through the steps according to the instructions of your colleagues, and I received a confirmation email for the profile stating that it will take seven working days for the transfer process to be completed. I received it on the 4th of January, but until this day, unfortunately, the information of my certificates has not been transferred to the new profile
