Hi, Can you please close the app and check the notifications are on for the app? Usually as soon as you authenticate on the Application and MFA popup should come up on the phone that is the number / account you have setup during the enrollment, check the app settings and confirm it is valid. If not you will have to request a reset of the Auth App via the App support desk.

I can’t find the place to put double digits numbers in order to sign in. I still can and used to see the double digits numbers but I cant find the cell that pops up to enter those numbers. Can anyone help me with this issue?
