Hello, I installed the windows update January 9, 2024—KB5034122 (OS Builds 19044.3930 and 19045.3930) and, January 9, 2024-KB5034275 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 . Ever since these updates I've had difficulty browsing the web and basic browser functions, typing and scrolling are very laggy and delayed. I would like to roll back this update. I have attempted to do so by entering recovery mode to attempt to go back to the previous version of Windows. In the recovery tab it has told me that I cannot rollback because my PC was updated more than 10 days ago, which it was not. How do you suggest I proceed?

    Hi, @AUSTIN DWIGGINS

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

You may try uninstalling the update by using the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. 1

Hello Uninstall from the program control panel is a good options. Or you can try to uninstall with the following administrator command line: dism /online /get-packages Check all the installed package names and pay attention to the installed date, choose the latest update package name you have installed. Then try to run "dism /online /remove-package /packagename:xxxxxxxx" (replace the xxxx with the actual package name), reboot to take effect.   Best Regards, Wesley Li
