    @HM_IT,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you cannot register device to Intune.

    Honestly, I haven't met this issue before. Let's do some check.

    1.Please check whether you meet the Intune enrollment requirements follow the link below.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm-diagnose-enrollment

    2.Please check if there is any "Enrollment failures" showing in Intune portal.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/help-desk-operators#enrollment-failure-reference

    3.Please check if there is any error message in “Application and Services Logs –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider –> Admin"

    If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

    Hey HM_IT

    Can you try this

    under search> Manage your account>access work or school. Then add accounts as normal. Restart

    Then under company portal register user as normal, however uncheck "allow company to manage your device" . Where it normally throws the 80006 error it will complete as normal. guess you will be able to use bitlocker, save the key to azure and intune admin will shows device registered. lemme know if this works.

    If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks much.
