Ajax control tool kit stopped working on Chrome - ASP.Net Web forms

Dears,
I'm not sure what is the problem , My website ajax validators stopped working after the last update of chrom version , I'm working on Asp.net web forms project with .Net frame work version 4.6.1 and the AjaxControlToolkit dll version is 3.5.51116.0
