Help me with this my permission problem

My windows 10 pc doesn't allow me to run setups and it doesn't give me the chance to run anything as administrator or run any setup or change permissions... It has literally set boundaries for me.. I can't even change my account type.. It won't grant me permission to make certain changes to my pc.. It is really giving me a headache.. I use it for most of my studies and I need it for the greater part of my time... I can't access UAC cos it won't open.. I can't log into system admin cos it gets an error.. I can't even run setups. Please i really need your help as soon as possible!!

Who set the PC up for you? Did you purchase a prebuilt machine like a Dell/HP/Lenovo? Did it come with instructions on how to configure your own account as an administrator?

If all else fails, use your favorite internet search engine and look for "windows 10 forgot admin password ". There are plenty of sites with instructions on how to reset the administrator password.

Were there any changes made to your PC?
What is the error massage?
Was it in a domain?
