Can't login to Facebook - Authenticator application removed my facebook and i can't login

My Facebook account was connected to the microsoft authenticator application and suddenly its removed by itself and right now am not able to get any code to login to my facebook account and its the only way to login i have tried everything its not possible to login through email/phone number its not possible to reset your password and login they will always ask for the 6 digits from the two factors authenticator application - i need help restoring my account back or removing it none was able to help me
