Hii @Anonymous thanks for your quick update. As we faced this error multiple times and once restore the Rdp listener cert to default issue gets resolved. also faced this error on all wins 11 enterprise at the same time it is working properly on wins 10. get this logs in event viewer on client system The time provider 'VMICTimeProvider' has indicated that the current hardware and operating environment is not supported and has stopped. This behavior is expected for VMICTimeProvider on non-HyperV-guest environments. This may be the expected behavior for the current provider in the current operating environment as well. Hello,

The log message you provided seems to be related to the time provider 'VMICTimeProvider' and may not be directly linked to the Remote Desktop issue.

    • On the Windows Server 2019 machine, check the "Remote Desktop Services" logs in the Event Viewer under "Applications and Services Logs."
    • Look for any specific errors or warnings related to Remote Desktop Services that coincide with the times you experienced the issue.

    You may also:

Verify the certificate used for Remote Desktop on the Windows Server 2019 machine. Check if it is expired, revoked, or has any other issues.

Verify the RDP version compatibility between Windows Server 2019 and Windows 11. Make sure that both systems support the same RDP version.
