Where did you store the files? In local computer or in OneDrive cloud?
If the files are saved locally, the files are still on your computer, but you don't have Office products activated, then you can only access the files and not edit them. If your files are stored in the OneDrive cloud, we recommend that you first move the files locally or apply for a personal OneDrive account.
