I've been using v3.0 of the Read API since June 2020. Starting two weeks ago, I noticed that when sending PDFs with multiple pages, the angle returned by the API is always 0, regardless of the orientation of the pages. After converting one of the pages to PNG, and submitting it to the same service, it returns the correct orientation angle.
I've attached a redacted version of one of the documents in both PNG format

So sorry for the delayed response. I took a look at this issue and it seems v3.1 doesn't have this issue. Can you try using the latest version of the API? In the mean time, we're still investigating further and will share updates soon. Thanks for your patience.
This seems to be a know issue with v3.0. Please use v3.1 as workaround, in the meantime, the product team will work on a fix for v3.0. Thanks.
