Dear,about the Microsoft authenticator app: This app is awful. Asked me 10 time's psw's and codes to always end up in error, we couldn't process your request. Tied unistall and reinstall , tried the school app connected that always just bring me back here. I am writing this message just in case solved this somehow and is willomg to help. thanks in advance.
