Cannot get support
A Poor service from Go Daddy Through my business we have purchase office 365 We bought it through Go Daddy It has been working for 3 or 4 years I had multi email of outlook and Teams etc I tried to upgrade to new outlook. But something changed and I could not get my 365 account So i tried to change back - but it still would not accept my 365 account I went through all the suggestions - uninstalling / reinstalling / resetting profile / removing credential's / clearing cache - and all various methods - but nothing changed Go Daddy say it was a windows issue - but I cannot sign into windows / microsoft as it reverts back to go daddy as admin NB I can get through on the web based system and check my emails - but cannot use outlook or any of the office suite The Microsoft / windows support said "no problem2 get Go daddy to raise a ticket and we can take control of your pc and fix things Bizarrely Go Daddy say they will not raise a ticket if they cannot replicate the issue in their office............ And they cannot offer me support as they are not 365 specialists. So I said how do I fix it - their response is there is no way they can help. So my historic emails are stuck in their server somewhere - and I am paying for 365 but cannot use it - If I cancel my 365 I lose my history - but I cannot download my history (an OST / PST) file - as it is not on my PC I am hoping that microsoft can help sort this out - but I cannot reach them as I cannot sign in to the support - as it defaults to Go Daddy
