Does "Available to subscriptions with current access to the model version in the region" mean that those who do not currently have access cannot access it with a new subscription?

    @Wataru That line in the docs refers to the older models of GPT-4 (0314 & 0613) which are available only to users that already have deployments in those regions. New subscriptions will only be able to deploy the latest models available in the regions as specified in the table.
