Bought Copilot Pro for Office 365 Family for Mac and can't get copilot on the home ribbon of any office app (e.g., Powerpoint).

Today, I signed up for the $20 / Month Microsoft Co-Pilot Pro. I use Office 365 Family on Mac. I can access Co-pilot Pro from the dock but not from the Office applications themselves.

Hi @Don Rippert, I suggest you refresh the license mentioned in 'How to resolve problems validating your Copilot license' to have a check.

I have the same problem on both MacOS and Windows versions of Powerpoint, Excel, etc. I also have a family subscription and signed up for copilot pro. I can see the copilot button in the browser version of the apps. The Mac and Windows apps are up-to-date and I am on the beta channel. I refreshed the licence and that did not help. Thanks
