    Hi @Leanne Cutler

    Welcome to our forum!

Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client, and we are not familiar with MailChimp.

Do hyperlinks not work when only forwarding emails?

Can you open a hyperlink from the Outlook client?

There are many reasons for this problem in general. Try these possible steps:

1.Make sure you use HTML formatting when composing and forwarding emails. File > Options > Mail > Compose messages > Message format and selecting HTML from the drop-down menu.

    User's image

2.Make sure that Outlook is not blocking or removing hyperlinks automatically. You can check this by clicking on File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > AutoCorrect Options > AutoFormat As You Type and unchecking the box for Internet and network paths with hyperlinks.

    User's image

3.You can try to recreate the hyperlinks manually by copying and pasting the URL into the email and adding a hyperlink to it.
