SSIS package is not opening

I am getting issue while opening any package in SSIS. The task with the name “SQL – Get Last Run Date” and the creation name “SSIS.ReplacementTask” is not registered for use on this computer.     Please change Target Project TargetVersion to match your sql server version.

    In addition, the SSIS.ReplacementTask sounds like 3rd party component, you may also contact the vendor for details.
