Automated Azure VM discovery and backup.

I need some guidance and a procedure to perform Automated Azure VM discovery and backup in my subscription. So whenever someone deploys an Azure VM in my Azure production subscription, it will be backed up nightly once every 24 hours with 30 30-day backup retention policy. Similar to this guide https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbazure/guide/vm_backup_resources.html?ver=60 but this is using the Native Azure Backup where possible. Thank you.
