Hello! We are a construction company where our field teams make constant orders of day to day materials from our warehouse manager. They currently do so using email. The warehouse manager then send the materials lists out for quotes and then purchases the materials and schedules them to ship t the site. Id like to see if there is a way, through microsoft teams or otherwise, to create a simple interface or tracking system to do this. Field user inputs: Job Name and Number, a list of whats requested, requested on site day/time, and then any notes Warehouse manager then gets the requests, can easily pull the information out to send it to vendors (without having to retype it). Then they can mark the order as "Sent for Pricing". Once they get pricing and purchase the material, they can mark that order as "Purchased" and input an ETA. Once the material lands on site, the field user can mark the order as "received in full" or "received partial". In a perfect world, the field user would be able to see their orders and filter them by status. The warehouse manager would be able to see all orders and filter them by status. Obviously this is all a perfect world type situation, but i was hoping that and sort of, even partial solution, to this would be amazing. Any thoughts are appreciated!
