Traffic with DSCP value 46 (EF) set by Application - Default Behavior in Windows 10

We are experiencing better performance/quality for VoIP traffic when the VoIP Client Agent (Avaya in my case) set the DSCP Value to 46 (EF), we don't have QoS policies in client and we are clear on the network side. Does Windows 10 without any QoS Policies prioritize packets with DSCP value 46 (EF) ?

Perhaps QoS Packet Scheduler play any role here. ?
