Troubleshooting issue with remote desktop application

We have a remote desktop connection set up through Azure Virtual Machine, and one user is encountering an issue where they cannot save any files. The error message says that the disk is full. We tried on different computers, and uninstalled and re-installed the Remote application, we even checked both computers' local drive to verify that it was not full. This is occurring for this user only. How can we troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
