SQL Server Management Studio 19.3 doesn't show the correct objects

I have just installed the new version of SQL Server Management Studio 19.3. In my database, I opened the Object Explorer Details and as you can see in the following screenshot, the list is empty although there are some tables.
I restarted the application. I can see the objects. If I delete all the tables, for example, I continue to see all the tables in the Object Explorer Details although I refresh the list or close this window and reopen it.

That's an old build. You should download and install the most recent Cumulative Update to get access to many bug fixes and enhancements. As for your issue, I notice that you seem to have a filter. On database level, true, but maybe it strikes here as well? I see tables when I try in my database.
