    Hi,

1.I would like to check if you want to use the new disk locally for the Cluster? Cluster needs to use shared storage connect to all nodes or S2D with local disks on each node. If only New disk locally on one node, it can't be added to the cluster storage.
    2. If you just want to remove the S2D from the Cluster, then please use the following steps:
a.If the virtual disks created in S2D has used for cluster roles, we need to make the role use other storage firstly, then change the virtual disk to be "available storage" in the cluster.
b.After the virtual disk is released in cluster role, remove the virtual disk in cluster storage pool.
c.After we remove all virtual disks in the S2D, we may delete the S2D.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
