Dear Sir,
I am a individual developer. Having several questions and issues that no idea what is goes wrong.

According to the above url, the payment threshold is USD 50.00 according to above url explained. Below is the screenshot.
I am expecting a payout payment on Jan 15, 2024. and no upcoming payments was on pending. After a checking on the Microsoft developer portal, found out something weird. If selected different Signed User ID, like developer email ID and the Entra - Default Directory ID, Both show different data on the Microsoft developer portal -Earnings. Below is the screenshot. If signed and selected the developer email ID, the Microsoft developer portal -Earnings and Payout and tax showing data information. But if selected Entra - Default Directory ID, the Microsoft developer portal -Earnings and Payout and tax showing No data information.

The questions is, what is goes wrong here? Getting paid in Microsoft developer portal/ Partner Center , payment is schedule upcoming and payout is using which one information data? payment threshold still is USD 50.00? it's something changed? or it's another bug? Used to be A-Ok before the new Microsoft developer portal -Earnings upgrades. Please solve it. Thank You

Getting paid in Microsoft developer portal/ Partner Center , payment is schedule upcoming and payout is using which one information data? payment threshold still is USD 50.00? it's something changed? or it's another bug?
Please choose developer email ID to sign in, and the payment threshold is still US$50.00.
According to the document Payout schedules and processes, payment takes three months to reach the publisher.Could you please tell me when the payment record is?

2024-01-18T07:46:07.8833333+00:00 the early Microsoft developer portal -Earnings can show details for each Earnings, the new upgraded is not. Before the new Microsoft developer portal -Earnings upgrades, always received payment when it is reached above the payment threshold on the coming next round month. Nov,2023 reached above payment threshold and after 15th of the Nov 2023, so next round 15th of the month of Dec 2023, and 15th of the month Dec 2023 no payment, so i am expecting 15th of the month Jan 2024 going to be paid using Paypal and no payment. Bank transaction Payment threshold still is USD 200.00? .So, the payment is paid is using which set of data information? the developer email ID or the Entra - Default Directory ID? if using the Entra - Default Directory ID, the Microsoft developer portal -Earnings and Payout and tax is content no data information.

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.
