To get a new access code and certification ID, you can log in to your Certification Dashboard using the Microsoft account and password that you used to create your Microsoft Certification profile. Once you are logged in, you can find your Microsoft Certification identification number (MCID) and update your profile if necessary. If you need further assistance, you can request support in the moderated support forums.

Please note that in order to keep access to your Certification Dashboard, you must keep your Microsoft account active by signing in at least once every two years. If your account becomes inactive, you may have to contact support to assist you with a recovery process to regain access to your certification information.
