    Hi @Vinod Survase

Teams will actively create a meeting password when creating a meeting. This is the design of Teams for meeting security. This feature cannot be disabled for Teams meetings currently.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.

When I worked for my previous company, we used Teams for meetings all the time BUT the password feature was never enabled. This thread says this cannot be set org wide to have NO PASSWORD so how was that achieved in my previous job where I worked and used Teams for the last 7 years? It is crazy to need to have a password as a default on all meetings. Would be better to default to NO PASSWORD and have selecting a password as optional. This is what I have been doing for many years so not sure why this is now not possible at my new company?
