How do I modify Teams Phones Reporting for call handling?
I am a technical support manager looking to modify call-handling reports for Teams calling. I have been given a Teams Admin account but it seems like I still do not have permissions to make the needed changes. There is a powerBI report but the data only goes back 30 days, I cannot modify or export. I need some assistance with coaching my IT team to give me the correct permissions or maybe some guidance on how to change these reports.
