Azure group not receiving emails from internal email addresses

Our company uses Microsoft 365 Dynamic User Azure groups for our distribution lists. We are a hybrid environment but our Distribution Lists recently broke and we were looking for an excuse to make everything dynamic anyways so we rebuilt them directly in Azure. In Azure, all of the users are in the groups, we've all gotten the email that we are now members of the groups, but none of the members of the group are receiving e-mails in their personal mailbox. I have sent emails from my yahoo (personal) account to the DL and it works, but if I send an email from our internal email system we don't receive anything.

    Hi @Mark-3345 ,

In Azure, all of the users are in the groups, we've all gotten the email that we are now members of the groups, but none of the members of the group are receiving e-mails in their personal mailbox.

Run a Message Trace from either the Microsoft Defender portal or the new EAC via https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/messagetrace to see if you can get an idea of what was happening on the problematic message. For more information, see Message trace in the new Exchange admin center.

It's also suggested to go through the mail flow rules configured in your tenant and see if there's any one which might be contributing to this behavior.
