Can't add back an account to the app

I have an account which I added on my authenticator app. I then deleted the account from the authenticator app and I can't add it back, because if I try to add it, the app asks me for a code sent to the app itself, but it's illogic, since I am trying to add the account. There are other options which are: send a verify code to the app or use the app (?!?!). This doesn't make sense, because I am actually trying to add the account to the app, so how am I supposed to receive any code if the account isn't there?
I can't even login into my web account because as I do that, I receive a message that asks me to authenticate the user with the authenticator app.
I see other people have the same issue.
How do you solve it?
I don't have any admin, the only user in my small organization is mine, so?

    Hi @Stefania F You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register using Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below: User's image
