No alternative login for MS Authenticator.

Question

1. It's a E5 account.
2. I cannot contact my organize administrator.
3. I reset my old mobile device.
4. There's no alternative way to login or send code.
5. I didn't turn on backup recovery function of the old MS Authenticator app Please help me to login it mod/dev any who help me with this problem. Thank you!
