Here are a few possible reasons and solutions:

    1. Incorrect Key or Region: Ensure that you’re using the correct key and region for your Azure AI Speech service. An incorrect key or region could lead to errors.
    2. Service Limitations: Each Azure service has its own set of quotas and limits. For the Azure AI Speech service, there are specific quotas and limits for different operations. Make sure your usage is within these limits.
    3. Pricing Tier: Check your current pricing tier. If you’re using the free tier, there might be usage limits that you’ve unknowingly exceeded. Service Errors: Sometimes, errors can occur due to issues with the service itself. If you’ve checked everything and the issue persists, it might be a good idea to reach out to Azure support for further assistance.

Hi, Unfortunately according to the documentation your trial account isn’t eligible to change quota limits.

Free Trial subscriptions aren't eligible for limit or quota increases. If you have a Free Trial subscription, you can upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription. For more information, see [Upgrade your Azure Free Trial subscription to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription] and the Free Trial subscription FAQ.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/azure-subscription-service-limits#managing-limits

You could try a different region to see if that works as some quotas are regional even if you haven’t used the service before.
