    Hi Francesco

    Thank you for posting.

You are trying to call the specific id to get information about list of members for specific channel. If the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient. Therefore, please click or tap Resubmit to try the call again. It could take a couple of mins or even 24 hours on specific call due to server's communication.

Here is more details about error 502 and steps that you can apply to troubleshoot the issue.

Error 502 is an HTTP status code that indicates that one server on the internet received an invalid response from another server. This error is usually caused by two different internet servers that are having trouble communicating. It can occur due to a problem with your browser, an issue with your home networking equipment, or some other in-your-control reason.

To fix this error, you can try the following:

    1. Refresh the page by pressing F5 or Ctrl+R (Command+R on a Mac) on your keyboard, or by selecting the refresh/reload button
    2. Clear your cache and cookies
    3. Disable your browser extensions
    4. Switch your DNS server

If none of these solutions work, the problem may be outside of your control. In that case, you may need to wait for the server to fix the issue.

    Hope this helps.
