I have a problem of my number phone when request get code (sign up MS 365 Developer)

Please help me, Thanks so much!

I write my phone number to get code when sign up MS 365 Developer program, I get 2 following message:

  1. "We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
    • Your phone number validation was unsuccessful. Please wait 24 hours and try again.

    1. "We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
    • Your phone number did not pass security checks.

    We're sorry to hear that you are having issues joining the developer program. We recently had some service issues and many countries were temporarily blocked from joining. This issue has resolved. While you can still join the developer program, access to the free Microsoft 365 E5 subscription is currently paused for the short-term while we adjust the qualifications for that benefit.
