How to rectify this error

I am writing to you today as a participant in the AI Odyssey challenge. I am writing to report some technical issues that I have encountered during the assessment.
First, I have been experiencing persistent server errors. which have also impacted my performance while practicing in the Azure environment.
Second, I have been having issues with the screen size. The assessment is being displayed in a small window, which is making it difficult to see all of the information. This has been impacting my performance, as I am having to scroll back and forth to see all of the questions and answer choices. I still can't see the full details. and i failed that exam beacuse of that.
I have attached screenshots of the screen size issue and the server error. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
