Hello, I am having all kinds of problems. For starters, I can't get an authenticator app working. I am signed in to the Microsoft authenticator, but the code it has there is 8 digits and the one requested when I sign in to Microsoft Teams is only 6 digits. I previously lost my phone and have reinstalled the Microsoft authenticator app, but think perhaps I need to rescan a code, but don't know how to get go to where I need to do this or if thats even possible. I have tried for hours to try to find a solution so any help you can offer is appreciated. The end goal is, I need to work on a live powerpoint file from a Mac. I seem to be able to sign in to a Microsoft account under both a personal and a business account (so not sure if I have both by mistake). Sometimes it asks me to contact my administrator, but these are just accounts I have set up myself, so I don't have an administrator. Totally lost with this, and really need some help getting to the bottom of it.
