I am encountering an issue while attempting to upload my own data file as the ingestion process stalls. Despite ongoing attempts, the index remains unfound after refreshing, though source resources complete. Upon refreshing the page, the data source and source resources are marked as complete, but the index is not found. I have provided a screenshot of the issue below:
