I've tried everything to get rid of this icon, but it just won't budge. Any ideas on how to fix it? I click on it, but nothing happens.

2024-01-23T00:06:25.26+00:00 When I say I have tried everything it means the uninstall option is not working. I need another way to delete that icon. The software itself was removed from my computer but the icon is still on the control panel window.

Also, there would not be a specific reason to remove it as it is only displayed there, and doesn't use any space in your PC. It must be a glitch, because if the delete button doesn't run, it usually means the program is no longer present in your PC.
