Sandbox shell stuck at Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...

Hello,

I am trying to complete modules which require a sandbox Azure Cloud Shell, but I'm unable to interact with the shell.

After successful authentication, etc., the shell is stuck on "Configuring Cloud Shell for sandbox access...". Screenshot 2024-01-19 at 14.37.48

    I believe the problem has been resolved. Please log out and login back and try to activate the sandbox.

    We have checked from our end we are able to access, please refer screenshot for your reference.

    1.Refresh the page: Reload the browser to see if it resolves the problem.

    2.Clear browser cache: Delete cached data and try accessing the sandbox shell again.

    3.Use a different browser: Try another web browser to check if the issue is browser specific.

    4.Firewall and proxy settings: Verify network settings to ensure they're not blocking the connection.

    5.Incognito/Private mode: Open the sandbox shell in incognito/private mode to rule out browser-related issues.
