What does "<Excluded>" mean in Windows Performance Analyzer, and how can I fix it?

I am attempting to use Bruce Dawson's UIforETW tool, a wrapper for xperf and WPA. I am working remotely currently, so I am using Chrome Remote Desktop to manage the window session. When I record a trace with xperf and load the trace in WPA, the function names in the stack column appear as just lld-link.exe!<Excluded>. I am attempting to profile lld-link.exe, but none of the function names show up, they are all just "<Excluded>". What does that mean, and how can I fix the problem? I have previously recorded and viewed traces locally on this machine. The only thing that I am aware of that is different is that now I am using Chrome Remote Desktop. Microsoft Remote Desktop is not an option for me because the only devices I have that are authorized to connect to this machine are ChromeOS devices. Even if the problem requires a change in Chrome Remote Desktop, it would be helpful to document what "<Excluded>" means in WPA.
