I cannot sign on multiple accounts with my authenticator app

Good morning, I just got access to Microsoft app correct after 5 months by downloading it and reinstalling. I am able to log into one account, but I have three accounts with medicaid and need to access them all. I need to be able to get all my accounts on this authenticator or I need to know what to do?

    From what I read from your message here, and im unsure what you meen with "medicaid"?

    Can you explain that a bit, so I can try to help you the best I can.

    Is the login from an organization or some personal Microsoft Account(s) aka MSA?
