Hi,

I am using Kelverion activity in SCORCH.

Get records --> next set of activities.

Issue is like its process all records at once. I have used this condition in link " Number from Get Records doesn't equal to "

But it's not working. Can someone please assist.

Regards,
Gautam

Did you configure a filter in the Get Records activity? Otherwise the activity will get all activities.
At least this is the way with all other Get Something activities in other Integration Packs.
Unfortunately I don't know the Kelverion Service Now Integration Pack. But it should work the same way than other IPs/Activities.

    Hi Andreas,

I have used filters in Get record activity.

Issue : for example when I used get record activity, it gives me say 10 correct results (Service Now Task numbers).

But problem is that it processes all tasks at once in next set of activities. I want each task to be performed one by one.

    Hope I cleared my concern.

    Regards,
    Gautam

Could you please provide a screenshot of the Runbook Tester with the Runbook and the Log window below the Runbook.
It's normal the runbook will run all following activities for the 10 records from the Get Activity.
I don't know/understand what's your requirement or idea what should happen, sorry.
