Using office 365 admin to deploy web app running on a local server offline
I've been reading a few questions on deployment of office add-in which are offline, but a couple of answers seemed contradicting hence wanted to clarify this for my use case. I have a local single page web application running on user's port XX which I don't want to deploy on cloud but use internally within the company. Using Office 365 admin, can I upload a manifest file which directs the path to the Single page web application running locally on a user system so that without cloud deployment of this web app this becomes an add-in? If not, is it somehow possible to do this using another way if the objective is no cloud deployment?
