Can't find ntdll symbols for 19042.610?

Hi, I'm trying to download symbols for DLLs for debugging. All of the ones I've tried so far (kernel32.dll, kernelbase.dll) get retrieved just fine. However, I can't seem to download any symbols for ntdll in both x64dbg and windbg. The signature is 1B97D8849C140AFE54A40E6ED4FB118B1 and the URL it attempts to pull from is https://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols/ntdll.pdb/1B97D8849C140AFE54A40E6ED4FB118B1/ntdll.pdb. Is there something wrong with my install, or are the symbols for that version of ntdll not up on the symbol server?
