How to troubleshoot Bitlocker Recovery Loop

I recently encountered a Bitlocker Recovery Loop on my Yoga 7 laptop. I don't remember ever setting up Bitlocker, but after my laptop crashed and restarted, I entered the recovery key and was told by Automatic Repair that my PC didn't start correctly. I've tried various troubleshooting options, including Command Prompt, system restore, and Startup Repair, but nothing has worked. I would appreciate any advice or solutions before resorting to taking it to a local tech support team.

Hello, First, please refer to this link to check if we can find the BitLocker recovery key: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key-in-windows-6b71ad27-0b89-ea08-f143-056f5ab347d6 In my experience, it's easy for computers to automatically enable BitLocker after a major hardware change. In this case, the only way to do this is to upgrade or reinstall the system. Best Regards, Hania Lian
