According to your description, it may be caused by the PST being uploaded to the cloud after the backup, the PST path is changed, or the configuration file is corrupted Try the following possible solutions:
Check that the PST path associated with your account is local PST.
Remove the PST from OneDrive. More information, see: How to remove an Outlook .pst data file from OneDrive (microsoft.com).
