Unable to register for a Microsoft certification exam

Hi I am unable to set up my certification profile for the exams. The error message is "The Phone Number you provided is invalid, please provide a valid phone number and try again". It's a Canadian number with 10 digits.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
