Hi All I am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. We create users in onprem and migrate to online. One of my user sends newsletter emails to many employees. Is there way to know the open and click rates of the these emails. Is it possible to fetch this information from office365..Third party tools can provide this information but not sure if this can be fetched from office365

You could use:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/custom-analytics However, its really designed for messages sent externally not within 365. Otherwise, there isnt anything built-in and you would need a 3rd party solution.
