Hi, i have 3 systems, all AMD and all Asus MB's. Roblox works on 2 system without any issue but on one system its getting crashed as you said without any reason. In my case i have installed roblox from Microsoft Store, so what i did...

    1. Uninstall the game.
    2. Update Microsoft Store
    3. Open Edge, go to roblox website, login and install it from there. It will download a small exe then install the complete game.
    4. It will create a shortcut on the desktop, right click -> Properties -> Compatibility and check Run as Administrator.
    5. Run the game, it will prompt for some message, press yes and see if its hanging anymore.

For me, when i was installing the game from Microsoft store, its hangining, when i installed the game from roblox website and run it as admin, it was not hanging untill today. So i can that the frequency of hanging roblox is reduced.

    Give it a try.

    Regards,

    Ariz

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here're some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

1.Right-click the RobloxPlayerBeta.exe file and go to "Properties," and then navigate to the "Compatibility" tab. Enable the option to run the program in compatibility mode for a previous version of Windows.

2.It allowed throw the built in antivirus and firewall, but please try to temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall to see if they are causing the issue.

3.Some third-party software may interfere with games. Please try to close unnecessary background applications and run the game again.

4.You can also reinstall Roblox and see if it helps.

    Best Regards,
