FetchDataError: data set CognitiveServicesExtension.DataModels.Accounts.Account:DataCache:5:1 when i using azure service, text convert to audio, there is a message as above appear. what should I do?

        Welcome to Microsoft QnA!

     This message probably means a problem on the uderlying infra

     try to restart your debug session , retry again later

    Close all browsers and logout - login again

    Azure has some problems recently and still the ARM is facing some issues
