How can I activate my laptop?

HI Microsoft Experts, I have just tried to login in into my microsoft account on the laptop. The messages comes: "Your device is deactivated, go to the admin." I am the admin and do not know how to activate it. So my question: How can this be activated? I am happy for every answer nice regards Sebastian

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and run the activation troubleshooter. This tool can help diagnose and fix activation issues. You may need to enter a valid product key. You can usually find this key on a sticker on your device or in the documentation that came with your laptop.

Hello, Do you have an eligible license or product key?I suggest you can try phone activation. The steps are as follows:

• Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
• Under Activate Windows Now section, select Activate by Phone.
• Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
• Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.
• If you're not able to complete activation successfully, you will be connected to Microsoft support for your region and country.
